Training workshops or discussion meetings on Hi-ASAP are planned to be held in each of these five years (2019-2023) so that the research groups can carry out the same methodologies across different study areas, stimulate multidisciplinary interactions, and streamline international collaboration. IRDR ICoE-Taipei has agreed to support the execution of Hi-ASAP by organizing this series of Advanced Institute (AI). The first event of this series were held on September 2-6, 2019 in Academia Sinica, Taipei, Taiwan. Due to the impacts of COVID-19, the 2021 AI on Hi-ASAP will be a virtual AI scheduled to be held in October 12-15 and 19, 2021.
Review and practice with these course packages by participants will be expected during the one-week break after the first 4-day sessions. All participants are required to review and practice on their own and bring back feedback and quest ions on the fifth day. These data analysis methods are crucial in designing Hi -ASAP studies. The data collected in Hi -ASAP will have the same format as the sample data files to facilitate future international comparisons.
